LDSR has become a flip play. Financials will not be released until or around EOY in a way to shield profits from SHs and the ticker until after they RS. CEO got stuck with a stinky Shell and instead of coming clean, taking a price hit and then recovering, they are sidelining shareholders to meet listing requirements before they can try to uplist to get mote more private placements and loans OR close up shop and RM with N8ID and go private.
They will have a hard time growing until ticker is cleaned up and that will be after a nice healthy RS in my opinion. Share cancellations will not happen at this moment and profits will not be reflected on current SHs until after "ticker/ss change".
Play this one smart we do not have a core position in this ticker in the sense of going long anymore, we only play this on to flip now and if we get caught with a nice size lot when this goes up so be it, if not, well we expect it to be so.
