I usually agree with most everything you post...but most people on here don't want to only be up .20-.25 cents after or when mine is being built. It was not long ago( like a couple months) that most people said we would be at a couple $$$ dollars not cents while mine is being built???( not sure what changed peoples mind) I guess at the end of the day nobody knows what is going to happen. Only speculation...I kind of like it that way because it builds up the excitement like reading great book with excitement on how it will end.
