I speak to Sebastian who is on the board. First they needed the AS increase to buy Jamestown that’s it, those shares were not meant to dilute they went straight to an investor and they closed Jamestown. Q2 could be the first profitable qtr in the companies history of being RNVA and they are fully aware of the stock price. A lot of the insiders including the ceo have shares well over $1 so he feels the pain
