So you're talking about the stock's trading activities, not the business's operating activities. The reason is because RASF is a current OTCQB stock (RAS was de-listed from NYSE on 05/15/2018 due to its price falling below $0.16), not a NYSE stock. Which is why the company is planning to upgrade RASF back to NYSE Exchange again...
Obviously that can be done very easy due to very strong fundamentals here!
