Well considering the last official court order was a "Stay" until 30 July there is no reason for the court to order another meeting in the middle unless they are resolving the issue prior to that time. Otherwise they would just wait until their already scheduled Pre-Trial court date which was supposed to be the date to schedule the actual trial.
Looks like they would like to resolve it without going to trial.
