The only thing that he said would happen THAT DID happen was the 10q that was filed late..that had to happen
The 8k from MAY,,,HAS NEVER happened..
The form 4's,,,WILL NEVER happen..
But the outstanding share keeps growing..
They still owe debt..
When 100 million shares trade with no news..that's dilution.. average volume is 20 million or less
In 65 more days next 10q is due and you will see..probably still be waiting on 8k and form 4's
