New rules allow for confidentiality in registrations under 1 billion. So we might not know who it is , but if its us, I assume we would be made aware for various reasons.

But, we are NOT private.

One of the two could be ImpactPPA. This would be good for us. No money raise dilution for WSTI, chance to come off dark and grow.

With all this going on we need to come off dark really soon. And if any of the 2 or 3 companies involved (2 recent "private") or the other "sub penny to nyse" one mentioned with the bell ringing dry run) are us or related to us it would make sense to have news out prior to the MODI ceremony.

So I gotta give it 75% we know what is going on with 2 weeks tops if not this week
