This maybe non relevant to most at the moment but I wonder if the existing share holders since 2009 or prior have a case. The previous owner of LDSR filed bankruptcy. The business was liquidated to all debt holders. So don’t the existing stock holders own the shell? Shouldn’t we have been the ones made aware and who voted on a the sale of the shell? If any shares were issued as part of the deal it should have been to the original shareholders. These are more likely questions for lawyers specializing in this field. I often wonder if the quick stock runs up were meant to shake off existing stock holders for that reason.
