Read on Apples, it is merely the “intent” of the parties to have receipts deposited into the ‘lock box account’
Other than ‘intent’, there is nothing that inhibits the use of proceeds by the Co. Intent is the basis for all legal agreements, including the agreements which are contested or in default. #farfromalegaleagle
