we need to find out how the awarded shares are going to impact this transition. How much selling from the new directors and when will it stop. What are they doing with this cash and why do they need to sell shares if in fact they have a company with a postive cash flow and little debt. The difference between an IPO and a R/M is really about the ability to sell shares prior to the outcome. Its clear the inside is selling but are they going to sell the 100 million before the conclusion and then R/S to move to a bigger exchange. Most likely sell the 100 million to raise cash then split it. can we get back to .15c in the meantime..well if the directors stop selling we can. they seem to be selling into the moves, but in healthy amounts. CMF reflects the bank! If they are using this cash to clean up FRFS then we have management with integrity but a 160m 500m SS will split.. if its a healthy split if you own enough shares it can pay off if the company has a future.
