What a knucklehead this Pierce guy is...NO ONE would have ever known that Alberta had issued a Cease Trade on this Company's shares if he hadn't decided to open up his big yap about it.

Now we come to find out that the Cease Trade Order was issued and has been in place since 2013. Information kept under wraps by a Company that would have you believe that "As a publicly traded entity ISBG is committed to being fully transparent through out all of our processes in order to gain the confidence of both our customers and shareholders."
