This isn't a SOUPQ or any situation of 99.9% where there was a Q involved.... understand the actual suitors lined up, what BIOA has... read the docs... dismissal & suitors involved... this is not going to capital groups that want nothing to do with the business... Judge wants industry suitors who will accept the assets & debts just like any other M&A...shareholder will get a premium over fair value...this is fact. The Q comes off & this jumps 1000% on that alone.
