Nice update from 2014. I started doing research since you called 5 cents and hit actually hit it.

- As of June 30, 2016, the Company had long­term notes payable debt of  $418,492 as follows:  compensation services rendered agreement  May 1st,  2008 CPG Consulting for $182,700,  compensation services rendered agreement  May 1st, 2008, issued into convertible note for Warwick Management Services  for $172,050 (adjusted for conversion from $182,700) on September 1st, 2013,  William Stocker $21,000, Transfer Agent $17,702, Businesswire $870,  Management $21,170, Steve Helm $3,000. 

- As of September 30, 2016, the Company had long-term notes payable debt of $415,792 as follows: CPG Consulting $182,700, Warwick Management $172,050, William Stoker $21,000, Transfer Agent $17,702, Businesswire $870, Management $21,470

- As of December 31, 2016, the Company had long-term notes payable debt as follows: Management Loan 21,170 414,736 Loan from Matt Koch 2,000 - 23,170 414,736

- As of March 31, 2017, the Company had long-term notes payable debt of $23,170 as follows: Matt Koch $2,000, Management $21,470.

- As of December 31, 2017, the Company had long-term notes payable as follows: related parties $46,150 and Warwick Management Services Note of $150,393.00.

So a consulting firm gave TVOG $2K USD back in the day. Filings say never paid off yet. LOL
