What has been done to us shareholders can not be legal.. IMO. Any other opinions?



Shareholders need to shoulder much of the blame themselves for their loss.

The Company did not file ANYTHING with the SEC for several years. That alone should have been MORE than enough to demonstrate this company was not worth a penny of anyone's money. Add in the laughable "response" to the SEC comments which were never filed, either, and the SEC warning to the Company that they would take action. All of which was publicly available for FREE on EDGAR.

More than ample warnings were there. Anyone that held this stock through to revocation and lost 100% of their investment has no one to blame but themselves for holding.
