H2- I think we need to keep our eyes open, be objective and challenging. However, I don’t believe this is a pump and dump at all. I understand it’s frustrating waiting for things to be announced and to come together. Reading a lot of speculation and opinions doesn’t help. So far Jason has been pretty strait forward with us. Telling us an audit is in process, keeping us up to date on everything and most recently telling us the merger was canceled because it’s more beneficial remaining a NV corporation. I own a Nevada corporation as well and I know that to be true. Every accountant and cpa tells me that Nevada is the one of the best places to own a corporation for many reasons especially for tax benefits. Jason has made every filing date he said he would. May not of been everything we wanted to hear but seems like he’s acting in the best interest of LDSR and that’s what matters.
