Yup, you heard it here first. The SEC is looking into both Delta and American Green because of the phony Nipton sale. Ever wonder how 2 companies with zero revenue and negligible cash/holding can spend millions to buy a town? It’s like a minimum wage worker buying a million dollar mansion

I guess the SEC does too and that’s why Shearin was fired, to setup a fall guy.
