the stock market is literally saturated w fraud that would be actionable in real life/elsewhere

an attorney would probably quote you 25k or higher for retainer for an action- very difficult to prove legal fraud- must prove 9 elements via the toughest standard - clear cogent and convincing evidence
dont know whats going on with accounting/auditing-the adversary knows how to stall things

easier to wait for form 10- either j.c. is one of those unlucky people who meet the full force of murphys law(the secular moniker) or he's a pathological liar-but the details of what he's said over the years are far too detailed for a pathological liar- liars usually deal in generalities
