All of the documentation required by the Transfer Agent to effect the cancellation of the shares of Common Stock has been received by the Transfer Agent. The Management of the Transfer Agent undertook to cancel these shares of Common Stock on Monday July 9, 2018 as they are
out of office this week Stockholders may feel free to contact the Transfer Agent to verify the aforesaid stock cancellations.

We are awaiting completion of the Review being undertaken of all of the below-mentioned outstanding Annual and Quarterly Reports. Whilst we appreciate that this week Tuesday was a half day and a holiday on Wednesday; we value the input and assistance from our about to be
Joint Venture Partners and Financiers; however we today, respectfully requested that they complete their review by this weekend as we feel it is long overdue now for GNCC to return to that of a “Current Filer” on the OTC Markets; so we can proceed to add value to our Company
and for our Stockholders without further delay. We confirm that we intend to file all of the outstanding and current Annual and Quarterly Reports simultaneously and if on a trading day; only after market close.
