the shell sector now of

companies that are only starting

a revival stage...


#2...Money in a French bank

instead of in escrow in U.S.

T-Bills doesn't sound like great

verification of proof of

funds from the start...especially

for a CEO sitting in a real

estate office for years...


So hopefully they get something

going soon...LJ
