Thanx for the response. A lot of people on twitter talking about commons getting extinguished. Like I said low bid is one thing....Unfortunately I believe this can still get liquidated or Best Result finance partner/buyout. Based on bankruptcy law in Canada that I’m reading after July 31st if a Super lowball bid comes in we can reject being overthrown for pennies on the dollar and still search elsewhere for a buyer. The Monitor/Judge looks to be on our side to protect us from that happening. People talking about a Run Monday...I don’t see it based on this new news. We knew BK was done. Good luck to All longs. I’m over invested already ??????. Outstanding shares still seems to me to be at 98million not 130mil. Time will tell
