Hello all BIOAQ Followers. There is Only question not being presented on this board,it is as follows....Can the common shares be extinguished at this point? That seems like a extremely High Risk situation NOBODY is talking about. Getting a low bid and losing our money is one thing...But is it possible to just get blindsided like many bankruptcy cases and
Lose everything?? Any solid lawyer type info would be appreciated
