That is incorrect information. The company that owned a majority stake in Greenshift was Bitzio. No matter who owned a majority stake in Bitzio, they were the company that had a majority stake in us. If Bitzio is no longer the owner of 80% of our common stock, then that is a material change in this company, and that fact should've been reported to the SEC in a timely fashion. It wasn't, so Ugly Kevin deserves to go to prison for that lack of responsibility and all his other missed responsibilities. For his own sake, I hope that he stays ugly when he's in prison. I hear that pretty young men aren't treated very well after midnight.

I still have to disagree on that (quote from Business Wire):

About the patent ownership:

The Greenshift Corporation has to continue to hold them. Kevin hasn't told the SEC that he transferred them to anyone,

To me that isn't the same as

Kevin has now transferred to another company all of Greenshift's patents

Both are your quotes. If I understand it correctly you are seeing selling 80% off Flux (who is holding 80% off GERS - either through BTZO, making the effective percentage lower or direct -) to Attis as selling the patents, but to me it isn't the same.

Also I would like to say that if Flux holding 80% of BTZO, holding 80% of GERS doesn't mean, Flux is owning a majority share of GERS (not based on the situation as described in the PR above), then why would Attis holding 80% of Flux, owning 80% of GERS mean anything different?


But yes, I agree to me it seems like there should have been some filings concerning these topics. I don't know the reasons why there have been none. I can only guess. But it doesn't matter too me that much. Yes, I would have love to seen them, but I still have faith that by the time we need information the most, we will get enough information to make a lot of money out of this stock.
