Hmm, I think the facts speak for themselves.
1. No financing
2. Several several missed deadlines
3. Poor economic forecast
4. Missed a basic, integral, very expensive piece of equipment.
5. A plethora of EXTREMELY TOXIC NOTES. NOT NEEDED IF JACK TRULY HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN THE PAST, HE WOULD KNOW PEOPLE WITH LOTS OF MONEY!!
6. 40 plus milestones and the market reacts as if it's a lawn mower service. They don't care!
7. News is predicted for next week and the volume is NOT THERE, hmmmmm!!!

If news comes out AGAIN that they are "still working on a few things for financing, what then?
