I am of the opinion that we will not succeed in any of these lawsuits. The COURTS are unwilling to go against the Government, fhfa/treasury. For instance the Judge in the Bhatti case questions the Plaintiffs when they indicate that the CSHIP could have been avoided if the GSE raised money in the Capital Markets. The Judge fails to state that the FED Chairman at the time (Bernanke) said that the GSE were sound. The Trump administration must deal with the GSE post mid term election and before Memorial Day 2019. After that it is full steam ahead to 2020 Presidential elections. If this is not deal with before May 2019 administratively, we are in limbo for a long time-imo
