everyone is waiting for just about anything that can be considered third party verification to show progress with this so called marijuana operation that is endlessly touted and they will never have imo. They cannot get city co-operation after all the illegal activity and considering the city themselves are spending money on lawyers yet again to shut this landfill down. i might add after illegally being reopened after the city already spent money on their lawyers to shut down, and recouped their losses by going after the company and getting repaid in the past. deja-vu?
City wants nothing to do with this property imo and its clear they will not give permission to anything the property owners request as they've gone after the last two owners for illegal activity. I'd be surprised if they don't just eventually seize it as owner after owner not listening to their demands and they have to keep spending money on going after the owners and all the surrounding neighbors are getting more then fed up as per the newspaper articles covering the topic.
however some keep regurgitating the fact that the property is going to begin MJ production soon and get permission to begin stage 1 of a two year long at best mj process to get approval with $0 in cash. It is being defended by a company with no bank account, a CEO that is in numerous public court documents and under massive legal pressure on a number of fronts along side being in a desperate financial situation with directors pocketing money with no ability for EAPH to get back and other directors jumping ship left right and center. Oh and a name change coming... Apparently.
Amazing opportunity here if you ask me.
