Yep, OTCQB will open the gates, but it's the meat and potatoes behind the gates that will bring the investors, as it did from .02 to .15 from those investors.

Again on the form 10, two other LOIs are in the works, which are the meat and potatoes.

I've seen this on other otc stocks, where pps won't necessarily increase pps, just by uplisting to QB.
