Sorry, but this company changed its name and symbol 4 times. Yates is still in controll and holds the majority of the voting rights. He owns the company. Your so called new management was hired by Yates and they work for him. Read their contract. He can fire them any time without cause

New directions? Like all the other ones they said they had but didn't. Call the boy up and ask him to verify anything. They can't.

And when he says they have a product to sell, ask him why they said they had nothing to ship when shareholders called and wanted to buy one.
