So I’ve read many times how many shares insiders own and how comforting that is to know. What is it, 92% or something?

Well, I wonder how comforting that fact is now?

As I posted previously, retail shareholders have zero say on corporate actions.

That’s not good. Insiders can vote to do anything they want.

Like maybe double the A/S?
