First off, the State of Florida does not have personal income tax. Secondly, you said some crap about property tax earlier, but A) property taxes are quite low in Florida, and B) you can't be arrested for not paying them. So that's out.

Thirdly, if he did owe the IRS YOU WOULD HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING. LITERALLY. They don't post that information publicly like they do with regular civil judgments unless it's actually a tax lien. If you actually somehow found that, please by all means show us. You won't.
