Mm is in charge here. If he wants he can let it drop to low doubles. For current shareholders it is important to not let that happen.

Lets say they drop it to 004, then conversion will be in 0025 area. With 700K notes (i found 2 more in note 14 of latest q) you are facing to 280M dillution. That will destroy current OS.

Another classic example of a company who gets sufficared in toxic notes. For sure not a LT hold heree only for rebounce after first conversions.
