Everyone would buy shares at a penny...if they were available.

Large lots get sucked up instantly. This has been happening for over a year so someone in cahoots with MMs is accumulating those cheap shares. It would be interesting to know who those MMs are.

Regardless, when Boogaloo sends TEUFF to the dark side he will have to do something with those receivables. This distribution will increase PPS value to $0.087. That is an instant 870% gain. MMs know this.....the reason for all these weird small lot trades to keep PPS depressed.

And when we do file a lawsuit for illegal ship sales and illegal preferred share conversions the PPS will instantly be worth $0.87. total gain will then be 1870% from current PPS.

It appears the last 30 or so shareholders (yes, only 30 left) are holding tight as we can see the writing on the wall.

So I expect Boogaloo to file Form 25 any time now to officially enter the dark side.

That's not so bad as it will eliminate most of the current costs to stay active and preserve our gain.

And all that FAKE INFO spewed about preferred shareholders getting paid first is FALSE as they have already been paid from past profit. Funny how we haven't heard that FALSE spewing for some time.

All I can say is STAY TEUFF and we will be rewarded.

Though it would be really nice to see Boogallo in pinstripes ......
