I agree very strange. Name change is already done with Nevada SOS. This guy that tweeted has a beef with VUME. Remember he was here posting like VUME owed him millions when it was only $19K.

If it's true the rs will be cancelled and I expect Arcaro will merge something else in. It could be FINRA didn't approve the rs and the new company bailed. I don't know why they needed a 1 for 10 split when the share structure is already so low anyway.

It may actually work out for the better. Time will tell...
