I don’t believe they were ever offered any type of settlement. Cases this big and this serious are never settled by the FDA, and usually proceed on to criminal prosecution. This wont end well for USRM or Kristi. I see jail time and black listing from conducting research moving forward. Potentially, Tomas will get it also. Very strong chance!
