Sounds like typical law rhetoric. Any company that fails to restructure would have to go to bankruptcy. That doesn’t mean it will. If the restructuring works then no bankruptcy. And that my friend is what some of us are betting on. That the restructuring will work and possibly, very possibly a buyout!
