Why do they refuse to become audited.

"Refuse" is not my word. I have run small public companies previously and have been surprised by some of the things that partners in CPA firms do for money. I have also seen them get caught. DECN's CPA firm got caught and was shut down. More than a few CPA's were suspended. Several were banned, and of those banned, they are now fighting for their freedom. I have also seen CPA partners bury the evidence against them. And what would audited financials mean anyway to people who already sold their DECN stock?
