agree, whether it's a penny stock or a Fortune 100...they never happen on the "hoped for" schedule. Not sure anyone should expect "next week" on this.

We will see how it turns out. I may have missed out on the "issuance of insurance" somewhere. If you'd explain that it would be appreciated.

I read their recent filings and didn't see any reference. Thanks.
