Both are going to happen and we say ByeBye Scotty! Have your BP friend reach out to ipix and ask about BD and have him offer a deal. I bet there will be no discussion because the deal is done. Just need the ink to dry.

A deal takes this company to the nasdaq where it should be and we will get institutional support to steady the share price. IMO.
