A thing of beauty this is. One has to take a moment, to pause and reflect, upon on how much has transpired to bring us to this photo. Interestingly enough, with all the recent talk about how this large project is to be financed, I remember that showing how it was to be financed was a requirement of the IRC. So the money part has long since been arranged. Perhaps not finalized but nonetheless, set in place to be executed at the appropriate time, like now.

As someone said a short time ago, if Kim had 1 hr to chop a tree, he'd spend the first 45 min sharpening the axe. Got a pretty good chuckle outta that. It's still funny. Well, we be choppin' now! And chompin' on some sweet mulberry! And signing onto some sweet business!
