The Blizz finally found his dollar store reading glasses and dug up another nugget that might indicate that this is our path.

Before we get to the new DD let us review the stuff we know..

Regarding the deleted reply to the tweet..

1- We were/are a sub-penny

2- We cleared millions in debt

3- We are a client of the firm having a direct listing on nyse

We check all three boxes and meet that tweet reply

Now lets look at the odds..

The workout firm handled about 38 clients or so. Some of them probably no longer handling, and some eliminated by "working with for a year" (some were more recent)

So how many firms have gone from sub-penny to NYSE. I could not find one. And if some subpenny was heating up for this... chances are someone here would know about it from being active on the boards all over.

Now 99.99% of all subpennies would be eliminated. What are the chances that .01% of those that might be good enough are also handled by Basile and Otcworkouts? Pretty much powerball odds

So where does that leave us? We know under the right conditions we could easily achieve a 160 million dollar market cap (as we had that once before). And we know that crypto companies at their peak ,even with nothing like Impact/WSTI has have had 200 million plus market caps on their own with no real business. So we know we are "Good enough"

Ok so we are all on the fence about this thanks to that picture from Jas... So then..

I read, and re-read everything every night as I post my twitter posts about ImpactPPA and research some more.

The other night I came across a name. It seemed familiar but tonight out of nowhere it rang a bell. Then bingo!!!

One of the likes on the Linked in post about the direct Nyse listing is a name some of you might remember ... Margaret Rosenfeld . (there are only 6 likes and some of them are us peeps. Margaret and Dan Bates and I believe the Attorney were in a picture together. AND then there is this..

Take a look at the signature at the bottom,, guess who?

Where is she from? North Carolina (you long term peeps remember Bates turaround using "lawyer in North Carolina" ?

Another one of the LIKES is from someone in the techhub of North Carolina that works on blockchain projects!

In any case. The coincidences are lining up.

By the way I HIGHLY advise you follow Margaret's linked in page and Twitter page. She is one of the smartest people out there. She is wired into this whole area of blockchain and crypto and is on top of all the best developments. Super smart lady..

Cant even believe we have Dan, Margaret , Gupta, one of the founders of Ethereum and we have a 200 million dollar pipeline with a ribbon cutting with Modi lined up..

If we are not Penny to NYSE not sure who is!
