They don't file when they are supposed to so the word FUTURE could mean next year.

They can address the issues without being included in a filing. This can be done immediately but they don't want to.

Correct that price declined due to the letter from 6-29. Because nothing was good about it.

Seems like an appropriate response from a convicted securities fraud felon.
