Heard business update - nothing great

1. Received $1 milestone from China collaboration
2. Korea collaboration also has milestones
3. Raised money -around 8 million - the current funds will take them to 2019
4. Multiple partner discussions going on - no timeline available - will update SH at right time - typical process is complicated and takes longer time

KT-219 - focus on CLP anf cGMP processes - to start toxicity studies and then get approval of cGMP product to submit IND - target late Q2-2019. Trial will start after that.

In summary (my view) - all depends on getting US partner to commercialize the product. Till that is decided I do not see any change in SP - most likely it will go down
