We are still going strong at work. There are adds for workers all over the place. I don't know when? and maybe the fed raising rates will curtail the inflation? I see the big I word coming up soon, and playing a major role in the markets.

Employees are in demand, and in order to attract or pull away the best? It will take more money. That will lead to inflation in a big way. imo.
