VPLM in a nutshell: 20 patents, all allowed and granted to VPLM...NOT A PATENT TROLL! Patents in Indonesia, India, Europe and Brazil.

Currently suing aapl, vz, t, twtr and Amzn for about $12Billion. $1B about equal to $.66/share to VPLM. We are currently about $.08. Damage claims will go way up. Treble (triple) damages are possible.

VPLM has beaten aapl in two, year++ long, IPR challenge trials at PTAB. VPLM has beaten Unified Patents, t, vz in 6 other IPR challenges which were dismissed.

VPLM finances it's legal battles through stock issuance, so there IS dilution.
