Thank you for pointing out the flaws in my posting style. Unfortunately, I tend to speak my mind and it doesn't always come out as intended.
The Investopedia link was simply as a heads up. GENERAL information only. I was implying that it APPEARS to be a REVERSE MERGER, (many of which have been done quite successfully WITHOUT R/S) however....as the article stated...R/S are COMMON with R/M, but not guaranteed. THAT was the intent of article. A head's up.
Research shows that past players in this ticker have been involved in questionable actions using this ticker. It seems to trade from one questionable character to another. "Chances" to pump and dump don't always materialize into pump and dumps. A successful con man does not run his con constantly. He has to let the dust settle so his chances of success the next time are increased.
I have seen too many of these boards bash the doubters and call them all shorters or bashers and disregard the information if it is against the ticker. I make it a point to state my position and intent for the record. If it is going to move, it will move regardless of what we simple posters say on IHUB. Even the con men don't know what is going to happen, but they position themselves to win. A smart investor does the same. I will position myself to win, but once I buy a position I have already declared it a 100% loss just in case I lose it. "Hope for the best, expect the worse"
Given the questionable dealings of the current and past owners (issuing unexplained stocks to each other, trading tickers to each other, selling tickers to other questionable groups) that tends to shed the questionable light on new owners. Are they part of this ring? Are they unsuspecting suckers about to get mired down in litigation with a new company from sources they were not told about? So much can happen that this is a crap shoot. With EVERYTHING in life, I go in with eyes wide open, knowing the risk and usually potential reward (I was surprised once with a far bigger payout than I imagined) and I ASSUME that there are others out there like me, who struggle to find people willing to help, but unlike me, who are unwilling to ask for fear of being bashed or made to look stupid. I try to keep all of my posts as informative as possible, without getting personal. I have been tagged a couple times for crossing that line, but not very often.
With that said, I would like to thank you for not bashing or belittling in your rebuttal of my posts and encourage and welcome interaction that leads to an informed decision on this ticker as well as improving my chances of successful trades.
