Thank you for writing. Yes, both the VUME and GOFF judgments remain unpaid, as does the ITEC judgment. Before attorneys Bauman and Tracy sold the shells, I warned them that the judgments were still due and accruing interest and that it was their duty to inform any potential buyers. Apparently, neither has. I will be issuing a press release about the judgments at the appropriate times, notifying the public that I will be attaching whatever assets these companies claim to have in their next financial reports which show any assets.
