That is not a complete even a complete list of the deals the SEC had to investigate in detail.

Apparently, the vast majority of Bass claims were wrong. It's remarkable to me that he could have posted so many research reports on udfexposed.com and almost none of them showed up in the SEC's official complaint.

I am speculating that either Bass knew that he was being misleading or he must be stunned today that the SEC, while having unfettered access to all of UDF's files, found nothing wrong with any of the above listed items.

Unless there is 'another shoe to drop,' this seems like an almost complete exoneration for UDF.

His aggressive tactics almost took down this company. Apparently, the SEC did not find supporting evidence of his allegations.
