You may be right Phaedrus, but I don't think the SEC could have closed the investigation and settled if there were still problems with other loans.

the SEC has been all over this company since 2014.

I think this suggests that the most recent SEC filings from IV (2 years old) are reliable. If not, then the SEC could have included those examples in this complaint.
