Also noteworthy, that all the UDF execs remain in place and that was specified in the complaint. I can't imagine that would happen if there was obvious fraud and problems with more loans at UDF IV.

I'm sure they went through every loan in UDF IV and supposedly didn't find any problems.

UDF disclosed over a year ago the losses in III from Buffington. Maybe we can assume there were no significant write downs at IV considered material.
