I am hoping with Ibeto taking control that the share structure did not change and that he took the guts of the company away.
Registration was done in Florida and we know Ibeto Cement is there... not trading yet, but it is there.

As soon as the audits are done and they can prove Ibeto is real, remember the latest said they were looking to move up to the OTCQB uplist.

That being the case, new company new name new symbol.
