There were people sitting on millions of shares they bought at .0001 at earlier periods and it appears they were dumping them at .0003 and higher.
What appears to be going on here is the same old pump and dump scam as always with some different actors.
Flippers are also referred to as Day traders and some are not adverse to pump and dump.
